Possible bad news for fans of e.l.f. Mineral Lipstick

e.l.f. Mineral Lipsticks may be discontinued.

Looks like another e.l.f. Mineral product is headed to the chopping block. I had thought the e.l.f. Mineral Mineral Lipstick—then Studio Mineral Lipstick, now Mineral Lipstick—was safe after e.l.f. quietly discontinued the Mineral product line earlier this year (read my article on that subject here), but it seems that it’s status is once again in jeopardy.

Currently on the website, nine out of sixteen shades are out of stock. So many shades at once being out of stock is suspicious, so I scrolled down to the Ask a Question section and found an e.l.f. rep saying this in response to Cool Coral being restocked:

We apologize, this product has been discontinued.

Well, that’s not reassuring at all. Does this affect just Cool Coral, some shades, or all Mineral Lipstick shades? I’m guessing we won’t have to wait long to see what e.l.f. has planned. I guess you should stock up on the shades available while you still can, just in case.

So much e.l.f. craziness lately!

Have you noticed the logo redesign? Not to mention the sudden dropping of product lines and referring to all products under one corporate umbrella, such as e.l.f. Moisturizing Lipstick, not e.l.f. Studio Moisturizing Lipstick. Very interesting.
