New e.l.f. Halloween 2015 Get the Look Sets at Target

Screengrab of target.com

e.l.f. Cosmetics now has four Halloween makeup sets currently available Target. While not for sale though the Target website or mobile app, you can use the site to check local availability. They should be located in the Halloween department, not with general cosmetics.

I have not seen these new sets in person—though not for lack or trying—and so far have only found one individual on Instagram who has photos of them. The Target app and website assured me that my stores have them in stock, but when I tried to schedule a store pick-up, I was informed that I exceeded the store available quantities. When I checked again today I was informed that while the sets are in stock at my stores, I can’t schedule a store pick-up. In any case, I expect them to hit stores soon.

Unlike last year, these four sets do not appear to be the traditional Beauty Books e.l.f. pulls out for special occasions, but just boxes with the products inside. So that’s a bummer. I like to collect the Beauty Books.

The four e.l.f. Halloween sets are Angel, Devil, Glam, and Witch. Two of the sets feature a lip gloss while the other two include a lipstick.

All sets are $8 and include six products: an Essential powder eyeshadow duo, Essential Eyelid Primer in Sheer, travel-sized Essential eye liner pencil, one set of false lashes and adhesive glue, a lip gloss or lipstick, and an Essential Eyeshadow Brush. ‘m not sure if the lipsticks and lip glosses are supposed to be from the Essential or Studio lines. Same with the lashes. All products should be cruelty-free and vegan, with the exception of the eyeshadow brush.

I’m not sure how I feel about the Halloween sets. I did purchase the Witch version through the website, but I’m not eager to buy any more. I already have most of the products in the sets and I don’t use the eyeshadow duos that often. I’ll be sure to post photos as soon as I receive my set that arrives in a few days.
