A big Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! Hopefully everyone got to wherever you needed to be safe and sound with all this crazy weather happening.
Since my local Targets and co-op failed me, I’ll be making a Tofurky and Field Roast Celebration Roast (literally the only options available anywhere). No Gardein for us this year. I’ll try to post the obligatory vegan Thanksgiving meal on Instagram after I finish making the meal, whenever that is.
