Happy Thanksgiving!

 

Wishing all of my US readers a Happy Thanksgiving (and a belated Happy Thanksgiving to all the Canadian readers as well)!

My husband is working both today and tomorrow, so we’ll be celebrating Thanksgiving on Saturday. All the better as I have been horribly nauseous the past two days, unable to stand more than a few minutes at a time, and need the extra time to recuperate.

I’ve decided to do a “Spooky Thanksgiving” this year to utilize the multitude of Halloween themed platters and table decorations I’ve acquired over the year. We’re far more of a Halloween family rather than a Thanksgiving or Christmas family. I’ll leave the fancy plates to the this year’s Christmas lunner (lunch/dinner as we’ve dubbed it)!
