LE e.l.f. Halloween 2016 Makeup at Target {Spotted}

 

Be sure to check your local Targets for LE Halloween inspired makeup from e.l.f., including the rare e.l.f. Moisturizing Lipstick in Black Out.

I found an end cap display in the costume section and a few of the box sets that Target carried last year for Halloween 2015, also in the costume area. The makeup sets are $8 USD each and most of the endcap display retails for $3 USD a pop.

 

Last year I purchased the Get the Look: Witch box set that includes the Moisturizing Lipstick in Black Out. You can find swatches from the set and my review here.

Unfortunately, the limited edition e.l.f. makeup does not qualify for the current Target Cartwheel Halloween cosmetics discount, nor do I think they qualify for the other cosmetics sale (but they might, so scan away).
